Carnegie Caulfield Cycling Club, (CCCC) is a not-for-profit organisation registered with Consumer Affairs Victoria (CAV) under the incorporated associations act. CCCC like all other registered clubs and community groups, has a set of rules and policies which govern the club’s administration, and which meet the standards set by CAV.
