Women

CCCC has an active and growing women’s membership. At the Elite level, CCCC riders regularly represent Australia at the World Championships in both road and track events, and often make up the majority of Victorian teams for the National Championships.

We support and encourage women’s participation in levels of club racing, with dedicated prizes for the leading women finishers in mixed races, as well as a number of women only races throughout the season.

There are currently three women on the CCCC Committee. Feel free to approach Melissa Nicholls, Julie Hale or Linda Hunter, or any of our other friendly committee if you have ideas or suggestions aimed at women’s cycling.
