Today the Victorian minister for Sport & Recreation, The Hon Hugh Delahunty, announced a grant of $80,000 towards the installation of training lights at Packer Park Velodrome. After standing in as traffic controller at Glenvale this morning this afternoon I visited Hilton at Mercy Private East Melb.
