Today Rick Sanders won the U19 State Crit Title at Castlemiane. Rick is very strong and very fast and is developing into a top class rider. I remember the week before my spill at DISC standing next to Rick. He is not a little kid anymore.

Now!! before anyone gets into me because they won, I only know of Rick's win cos we spoke on facebook tonight.
