Jeff of Wisconsin what are you on about!!!! so you reckon Cadel is boring do you? You would not have a bloody clue how much that man put into his race to come second two years running. In my view anyone bloke who can even finish such an event is a top class bike

I see on cyclingnews the European Masters Track Titles are currently being held at Manchester UK. Looking at results these blokes just don't slow up at all. Geoff Cooke in my age group is a year older than me and will go into the 65 to 69 age group next year, I believe. Geoff

Cadel has given Australians something to be very proud of, with a great performance. He is gracious towards the winner and does not complain. Listened to his policeman minder and he spoke so well of Cadel. Remember many great riders have not ever come second so Cadel last year and this has been really

I see riders changing tubes from punctures in the wet and they have very dirty hands. Suggest you put a pair of Ansell disposable gloves in with your spare tube, I have. It beats getting very dirty hands on wet days. Cheers.

After Fridays massage on my back and legs yesterday was tough which Tim had warned me of. Today was chalk and cheese as my back was no longer tight and normal strength in my butt and legs, thank goodness. Met Col at East Burwood 7.00am. Where's Bruce? He wont come he never comes and
