Carnegie Juniors in the medals at Nationals

Written by Graham Fryer At the opening session of the Junior Track Nationals this afternoon at Dunc Grey Velodrome in Sydney, Carnegie juniors Jack Cummings and Ollie LeGrice both earned bronze medals. Jack rode a PB to get third in the U15M 500m ITT, while Ollie was a member of the Victorian U17M Pursuit

Will get back to you with some stuff Will Walker told me last night about eating in road races. Off to bed now must get some sleep for my first pursuit race as a 500 metre TT rider. Just as well we only go 8 laps as I will be knackered after that distance.
